H3x Helping Hands of Hedera

H3x was originally inspired by Hydro’s desire to help others less fortunate in life. When he brought his idea to the rest of our founding team we immediately saw the passion behind his idea and went to work. Part of the H3x initiative is helping those dealing with the hardships of life that touch each of us. Hunger, housing, abuse, all these things hurt those individuals in these situations and take little pieces of those less fortunate than most. Our goal is to help everyone we can for as long as we can, leveraging Web3 to do it. Mauii’s home city of Chicago was chosen for our first location because they are dealing with a homeless crisis, like so many other cities in the USA. His family also came to bat with us and we were able to feed over 125 people as well as helping a larger family that has children with supplies they desperately needed. Funds for These events will be raised in three different ways. Donation to the H3x multisig wallet, mint funds from NFT collections dedicated to address issues we want to help with (The Hunger Fighters are for battling Hunger), and any sponsorships we are able to attain. Hedera helped sponsor the Chicago event.
